Special Session 8:

Research on Robot Technology

Aim and Scope:

In today's world, intelligence, digitalization, and robotics have emerged as pivotal elements of progress. The ongoing advancements in intelligent technologies and the extensive implementation of artificial intelligence have broadened the scope of robotic applications. Research in robotics encompasses a range of cutting-edge domains, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, computer vision and image processing, environmental perception technologies, kinematics and dynamics, path planning and navigation, as well as operating systems and software development, and simulation technologies. These innovations are intricately woven into the fabric of modern life, significantly impacting industrial manufacturing while finding applications in resource exploration, disaster response, healthcare, home entertainment, military operations, and aerospace. As a result, they are transforming both production methods and the everyday lives of people in society.
