If you are an audience, please download Participant Application Form and send it to info@confsync.cn

2. The registration fee only includes the attendance cost.Regardless of the type of ticket you choose, you will need to pay the registration fee + APC fee. ( 注册费仅包含参会费用。无论您选择哪个类型的参会门票， 您需要支付的金额是注册费与出版费的总和。)

Articles submitted to SCIE Publication are not subject to the above registration fee terms. Authors are required to pay a paper recommendation fee and any publication fees required by the publisher (if applicable, see the corresponding journal's website or acceptance notice for specific amounts).

3. The registration fee does not include:
Accommodation
Visa application fee
Transportation fee
Article Processing Charge

If the author wishes to withdraw the manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation to another person, the following refund arrangements apply:
Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee.
Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund.
After October 3, 2025: No Refund.
Please note that the handling fee is non-refundable.
